One implementation, scoped to the journey.

The public floor stays simple. Discovery determines the fixed implementation price from the journeys, integrations and delivery risk; the managed fee reflects the responsibility Flow Local carries afterwards.

Customer Journey Blueprint — from £950

A focused diagnostic covering the current journey, the main leaks, system map, priorities, implementation scope and practical 90-day roadmap. Substantial multi-system blueprints are typically £1,500+. If you then undertake the implementation with Flow Local, the blueprint fee is credited in full.

Focused Managed Growth System — from £2,000

The base scope covers one business and one priority journey: offer and audience definition, the existing website or one focused page using an established pattern, GHL capture and pipeline, one booking or staff handover, bounded follow-up, a review and Google Business Profile process where relevant, measurement, a proof/content plan and staff training.

Most implementations with substantial website work alongside GHL are scoped at £3,000–£6,000. The £2,000 floor is a smaller implementation, not the same project discounted.

Migration, larger websites, extra journeys, channels, locations, ongoing content production, voice, payments, specialist integrations and paid acquisition increase the fixed quote.

Managed Operation — from £300/month

Flow Local remains responsible for the agreed growth system: website and GHL monitoring, administration, reporting, safe workflow changes, review/local-discovery process checks, documentation and human handovers. A suitable practice, booking or job-management system can remain the operational source of truth.

Higher-complexity or multi-channel systems carry a higher managed fee. Third-party licences and usage are separate.

What can be included.

The exact build follows the customer journey. GHL provides the managed front-office layer; specialist systems stay in place where that is the safer operational choice.

Enquiry handling

Agreed forms, calls and messaging sources captured into one GHL record with the source attached, a named owner, approved acknowledgement, bounded qualification and a tested human handover. Voice, WhatsApp and social routing are added only where the journey and permissions justify them.

Follow-up

Quote nudges, still-interested messages, old lead reactivation, and the simple customer comms that stop good enquiries going cold after the first conversation.

Reviews and reporting

Consistent review requests after eligible jobs, a separate support route for issues without gating public-review access, and plain-English reporting on what the system caught, answered and needs from you.

Does Flow Local work with the system you already have?

Flow Local runs the managed customer journey in GoHighLevel. If you have no working CRM, GHL becomes the front-office record for enquiries, follow-up and bookings.

If you use a suitable practice, booking or job-management system, it can remain the operational source of truth while GHL handles capture, follow-up, booking and staff handover around it.

If your team already relies on a mature HubSpot, Salesforce or another general CRM, we will say so early. A paid Blueprint can scope a narrow connection, or Flow Local may not be the right fit.

A selective performance-linked option for dormant databases.

Second Wind is a separate reactivation service for established businesses with a meaningful list of old enquiries, sufficient deal value and a sales process that can record outcomes. Campaign preparation starts at £500.

Where qualification and attribution can be defined properly, the remaining fee can be linked to accepted opportunities, booked surveys, closed sales or attributable revenue. It is always scoped on a call; it is not a blanket no-money-down offer.

What we charge for vs what platforms charge for.

We do not mark platform costs up. Any AI usage, voice minutes, messaging, phone numbers, domains, software subscriptions or media spend are itemised and billed directly where practical.

Labour separately from materials. The way you charge your own customers.

What's included.

  • Design and build. We design the system around your business, your tools, and your customers — not a generic template.
  • Integration. GHL connected to the agreed calendar, phone, email, messaging and specialist system handovers.
  • Ongoing tuning. The managed scope states which monitoring, content and workflow changes are included and how larger changes are quoted.
  • Plain-English reporting. What the system did, what it caught, what it booked, and where it needs your attention.
  • Growth path. Once the journey and measurement work, paid acquisition can be scoped separately.

Common pricing questions.

Choose a Customer Journey Blueprint from £950 when the problem or scope is unclear. Substantial multi-system blueprints are typically £1,500+. If the desired outcome and systems are already understood, we can scope an implementation directly.

Yes. The blueprint fee is credited in full against any resulting implementation undertaken with Flow Local.

The managed service covers the agreed hosting, monitoring, reporting, safe changes and ongoing operational responsibility. Its exact scope is stated in the proposal.

Paid acquisition can be added after the website, tracking and follow-up journey are working. Media spend and campaign management are scoped separately.

The written proposal sets the initial payment and any staged payments against agreed milestones. Work starts once the proposal is accepted, the first payment is received and the required access is available.

Implementation is a fixed-scope project governed by the written proposal and agreement. Managed operation is monthly, with notice and handover terms stated before it begins.

AI usage, voice minutes, phone numbers, domains, and ad spend bill direct where possible. We do not mark platform costs up.
